Pork Katsu with Fried Rice
Pork loin, bread crumbs, egg, salt, mono sodium glutamate, black pepper powder, sauce [corn syrup, vinegar, apple concentrate, tomato paste, salt, sugar, molasses, thickener (1422), stabilizer (412, 415), color (150d), spices, high-pressure processing paste, red pepper powder], fried rice [rice, egg, vegetable mix (green pea, carrot, corn), spring onion, soy sauce, msg, salt, spring onion oil [vegetable oil, spring onion]
Air fry :
1) Set the air fryer to 180°C-200°C and place pork katsu in the air fryer basket.
2) Cook for 7 minutes. (When frozen)
Pan fry :
1) Put pan on high heat then pour 2cm oil and heat for 2-3 minutes or until it reaches 180°C.
2) Place defrosted pork katsu and cook each side for about 3 minutes or until heated centre.
3) Drain pork katsu on paper towels as soon as it comes out of the oil.
* Microwave unopened rice pack on high heat for about 3 minutes and enjoy with pork katsu.
* Place the unopened sauce pack in boiling water for about 2 minutes or microwave on high heat for about 1 minute and pour over pork katsu.
