    Soy Boneless Chicken

    • Chicken thigh, egg, potato starch, vegetable oil, chicken batter mix [wheat flour, chicken seasoning (salt, mono sodium glutamate, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika powder, baking powder (aluminum ammonium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat flour), curry powder), corn starch], soy sauce mixture [corn starch syrup, garlic, water, soy sauce, apple, sugar, onion, mono sodium glutamate, oyster sauce, salt, dark soy sauce (water, caramel (sugar, water), soy bean, salt, sugar, wheat flour, oyster sauce (water, sugar, salt, thickener (1422), flavour enhancers (621, 635), yeast extract, flavours (crustacean, fish, soy), food acid (citric), colour (150c), oyster extract (0.4%), preservative (202)]

    • Air fry :

      1) Set the air fryer to 180°C-200°C.

      2) Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket.

      3) Cook for 10-12 minutes. (When frozen)


      Pan fry :

      1) Defrost chicken for 5-10 minutes. 

      2) Put pan on high heat.

      3) Pour 2cm oil and heat for 2-3 minutes or until it reaches 180°C.

      4) Place chicken and cook each side for about 3 minutes or until heated centre.

      5) Drain fried chicken pieces on paper towels as soon as it comes out of the oil.


      How to serve :

      1) Pour the defrosted sauce into a pan.

      2) Add the chicken pieces and mix it on a medium heat until fully coated. Enjoy!
