    Spicy Boneless Chicken

    • Chicken thigh, potato starch, vegetable oil, chicken batter mix [wheat flour, chicken seasoning (salt, mono sodium glutamate, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika powder, baking powder (aluminum ammonium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat flour), curry powder), corn starch], spicy sauce [chili paste, water, corn syrup, tomato paste, sugar, red pepper paste, mono sodium glutamate, salt, oleoresin capsicum, xanthan gum]

    • Air fry :

      1) Set the air fryer to 180°C-200°C.

      2) Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket.

      3) Cook for 10-12 minutes. (When frozen)


      Pan fry :

      1) Defrost chicken for 5-10 minutes. 

      2) Put pan on high heat.

      3) Pour 2cm oil and heat for 2-3 minutes or until it reaches 180°C.

      4) Place chicken and cook each side for about 3 minutes or until heated centre.

      5) Drain fried chicken pieces on paper towels as soon as it comes out of the oil.


      How to serve :

      1) Pour the defrosted sauce into a pan.

      2) Add the chicken pieces and mix it on a medium heat until fully coated. Enjoy!
