    Cheese Boneless Chicken

    • Chicken thigh, potato starch, vegetable oil, chicken batter mix [wheat flour, chicken seasoning (salt, mono sodium glutamate, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika powder, baking powder (aluminium ammonium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat flour), curry powder), corn starch], cheese seasoning [spicy powder (salt, sugar, wheat, soy sauce powder, capsicum), kimchi powder (kimchi powder, glucose, corn starch, sugar), cheese flavour (sugar, cheese (dry weight 8%), sugar, red pepper powder, salt, glucose, malto dextrin, flavour enhancer (621), roasted salt, chilli extract, cheese flavour oil (dry weight 0.23%)]

    • Air fry :

      1) Set the air fryer to 180°C-200°C.

      2) Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket.

      3) Cook for 10-12 minutes. (When frozen)


      Pan fry :

      1) Defrost chicken for 5-10 minutes. 

      2) Put pan on high heat.

      3) Pour 2cm oil and heat for 2-3 minutes or until it reaches 180°C.

      4) Place chicken and cook each side for about 3 minutes or until heated centre.

      5) Drain fried chicken pieces on paper towels as soon as it comes out of the oil.


      How to serve :

      Evenly sprinkle the cheese powder until fully coated & enjoy!
