Sweet & Sour Pork
Marinated pork [pork loin, soy sauce, cooking wine (non-glutinous rice, water, sugar, food ethanol, rice, sugar syrup, seed malt, citric acid, alcohol (alc.14% vol.), ginger, monosodium glutamate, black pepper], potato starch, tapioca starch, plain flour, sweet sour sauce [vinegar (white 70%, balsamic 30%), sugar, tomato sauce (tomatoes 73% (from paste, food acid (citric), sugar, carrot pulp (carrot 4%, water, food acid (citric)), sweet potato puree 5%, salt, food acid (acetic), onion, colour (paprika oleoresin), spice extract), hp sauce (tomatoes, malt vinegar, molasses, glucose-fructose syrup, spirit vinegar, sugar, dates, modified corn flour), lemon, cinnamon powder, soy sauce), corn starch, lemon, cinnamon powder], red capsicum, carrot, onion, pineapple
Air fry :
1) Set the air fryer to 200°C-220°C.
2) Place pork pieces in the air fryer basket.
3) Cook for 10-14 minutes.
Pan fry :
1) Defrost pork for 5-10 minutes.
2) Put pan on high heat.
3) Pour 2cm oil and heat for 2-3 minutes or until it reaches 180°C.
4) Place pork and cook each side for 3 minutes until crispy outside.
5) Drain fried pork pieces on paper towels as soon as it comes out of the oil.
Sauce :
Place the sauce pack in boiling water and heat for about 2minutes.
How to serve :
Gently mix the sauce and pork pieces together until fully coated and enjoy!
