  • Spicy Mild Garlic Chicken

    • Chicken thigh, potato starch, vegetable oil, chicken batter mix [wheat flour, chicken seasoning (salt, mono sodium glutamate, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika powder, baking powder (aluminum ammonium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat flour), curry powder), corn starch], soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chilli, red capsicum, onion, garlic, spring onion, carrot, bulgogi sauce [soy sauce (soy sauce, water, high fructose corn syrup, salt, ethyl alcohol, disodium succinate, lactic acid), sugar, pear puree (pear, vitamin c), high fructose corn syrup, water, onion, garlic, salt, apple puree (apple, vitamin c), mono sodium glutamate, leek extract, black pepper powder, citric acid, xanthan gum, caramel, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate], chilli oil [dried chilli, vegetable oil]

    • Air fry :

      1) Set the air fryer to 200°C-220°C.

      2) Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket.

      3) Cook for 10-14 minutes.


      Pan fry :

      1) Defrost chicken for 5-10 minutes.

      2) Put pan on high heat.

      3) Pour 2cm oil and heat for 2-3 minutes or until it reaches 180°C.

      4) Place chicken and cook each side for 3 minutes until crispy outside.

      5) Drain fried chicken pieces on paper towels as soon as it comes out of the oil.


      Sauce : 

      Place the sauce pack in boiling water and heat for about 2minutes.


      How to serve : 

      Gently mix the sauce and chicken pieces together until fully coated and enjoy!
